Affleck ended up moving on fairly quickly from his first love to fellow movie star Gwyneth Paltrow. The two met in 1997 while attending an exclusive Hollywood dinner. The pair started dating shortly after, and by 1998 were starring together in Shakespeare in Love. The A-list duo continued seeing each other for three years – with a brief break in 1999.
By 2000, their romance had rekindled with the making of their movie Bounce, but ended up officially calling things off in October. Two years later, Paltrow moved on to Coldplay’s Chris Martin – whom she eventually married, had kids with, then divorced in 2016.
