In 2016, Bobby was arrested again on weapons charges. In the court battle that ensued, prosecutors, lawyers, and witnesses claimed that Bobby had been involved in the heist and that he had even tried to barter with the stolen goods in order to reduce the prison sentence of his friend.
However, all of this proved nothing, and the authorities soon found themselves at the end of the line. While Bobby was ultimately sent to prison for 54 months in 2018 on these weapons charges, he still denies any part in the infamous heist.
