As the triplets sat down to receive their results, they were soon faced with the fact that they weren’t as identical as they believed themselves to be. As the doctors took a closer look at their ancestry, they noted that all three of the sisters had a completely different genetic makeup. While Erica was 16% British and Irish, she was also 22.3% French and 7.4% Scandinavian; her sisters had different percentages. In their eyes, it just didn’t add up. However, the validity of the test was later called into question.
