The basement level contains not only a wine cellar, but also another common area use for entertaining, or simply just lounging. The basement has exposed concrete floors and antique rugs, that give the room a medieval feel of a hunting cabin.
Hanging on the wall is Leonardo da Vinci’s Mona Lisa (not the original one, that one can be found in the Musée du Louvre in Paris), representing once again the house residents’ appreciation of fine arts.
