J-Lo makes no secret of the fact that she works hard to maintain her body. She has always been known for her toned but curvaceous physique, and she has kept up a strenuous routine for much of her life and career. Because of this, she loves to show off this hard work.
When she attended the MTV Music Video Awards in 2017, she kept her hair and makeup as simple as possible to give her dress the chance to shine and sparkle. Quite literally. With a slit to show off her toned legs and cut-outs within the bodice, there was no hiding her abs.
