This was a rumor that circulated often before their split was announced, so when the nanny was spotted dropping off a bottle of champagne at Affleck’s house a couple days after the divorce, this was pretty much affirmed. Affleck has gone on to repeatedly deny these rumors, but his ex-wife has actually confirmed it, stating that although she was devastated, there was a lot more contributing factors to the breakdown of their marriage.
