Not long after Kim Kardashian attended the Balmain party, she and Kanye announced the fact that they would be expecting their third child via surrogate. After numerous health problems during her previous pregnancies, Kim was told that it was unsafe to carry her child herself. 
So, they enlisted the help of a surrogate to bring Chicago into the world – and they soon became a family of five. As one proud momma, Kim decided to post this photo on her Instagram. Like always, her outfit was 100 percent Yeezy-approved and designed by the man himself.
