Back in 2007, America was introduced to the Kardashian-Jenner clan on E!’s Keeping Up with the Kardashians. At the time, we had just no idea how insanely famous this reality family would soon become. Today, the family’s youngest member, 21-year-old social media goddess and makeup guru Kylie Jenner, is surpassing her celebrity sisters Kourtney, Kim, Khloe, and Kendall, as the wealthiest among the well-followed group.
Thanks to her immensely successful brand of lip kits, eye shadows, and face powders, Kylie Cosmetics, the entrepreneur was just named by Forbes Magazine as the world’s youngest self-made billionaire. The company, which is now estimated to be worth $900 million, has launched the new businesswoman into some serious wealth after just a little over three years – which is quite the impressive feat.
However, not everyone was as impressed with the reality TV star’s new billionaire status, and many have been questioning just how ‘self-made’ Kylie really is.

Incase you haven’t already heard, reality star, social media queen, and mom-of-one Kylie Jenner was just crowned the world’s youngest self-made billionaire at the record-breaking age of 21. On March 5, 2019, Forbes Magazine shared its list of the richest people in the world, and while there were some not so shocking regulars on the list – there were some a bit more surprising.
One of those billionaires is reality star and social media mogul Kylie Jenner, who became the youngest on the list thanks to her hugely popular makeup line – Kylie Cosmetics. This, of course, is quite an achievement for anyone – especially for someone whose company has only been around for three years.
