If you needed proof that Diana was totally supportive of her kids just being kids, all you have to do is listen to some of the interviews that William and Harry have given. Several times, the siblings have spoken openly about their childhood, and they’ve never shied away from praising their mother.
In one instance, Harry mentioned that Diana had a motto that she liked to share with the kids. This was: “You can be as naughty as you want, just don’t get caught.” The woman really was a rebel.
