With Charles as their father, William and Harry probably weren’t short of reminders about the important roles they’d have in the future. The older sibling, in particular, will have had particular pressure on his shoulders given his position in the line of succession.
However, while their royal lineage won’t have escaped them, Diana never let the boys be overwhelmed by what their futures held. She wanted them to have a great childhood despite their eventual responsibilities, and that’s exactly what William’s doing now with his own kids.
