Of course, the older the kids get, the more responsible they have to be. After all, their actions impact the Royal Family’s image, so they can’t be seen goofing around forever. William and Harry did an excellent job of acting appropriately when they were younger, even when they didn’t want to.
Given that their father was the heir to the throne, they were probably compelled to grow up quicker than most kids their age. However, we don’t think Diana really forced this when it was just the three of them.
