[post_page_title]A successful second album[/post_page_title]
On the heels of his first album’s success, Blake released his second album in 2003. It was called “The Dreamer” and its main single was “The Baby.” This song stayed at number one on the country music charts for three weeks, propelling the album to gold certification as it sold over 500,000 copies.
The album’s other two singles – called “Heavy Liftin’” and “Playboys of the Southwestern World” didn’t do as well as “The Dreamer,” but still reached No. 32 and No. 24 on the charts, respectively.
