Alison Becker plays the role of Shauna Malwae-Tweep, a reporter for the Pawnee Journal who interviews with all sorts of people on the show, most notably Leslie Knope, and she constantly gives her advice about what headlines to use. Throughout the series, she seems to have crushes on almost all the show’s main male characters, such as Ben, Andy, and Chris – although she actually does end up having a brief relationship with Chris Traeger, played by Rob Lowe.
