There are many reasons people are so stunned by the loss of Luke Perry. Yes, everyone knows he was a total teen heartthrob in the ’90s, but the truth is, he was so much more than that. Everyone who posted on social media about Perry’s stroke, and then following death, talked about how kind, generous, and warm he was.
They said he was always there with a smile or a joke and made everyone feel comfortable. Even the people who only knew him in passing mentioned that he was a true gentleman. Not only was he far too young, but he was a great actor, and all around good person.
