Cher owned another Floridian property back in the ‘90s, although whether the singer actually lived there or not is unclear. According to country records, a trust controlled by the singer was responsible for the house between 1995-97.
When the house was purchased, the buyers apparently paid $2.32 million, according to the Miami Herald. However, in the two decades since that sale, the property’s racked up quite a lot of value. It was sold for $23.46 million back in 2016 after being put on the market for $28 million.
