According to Variety, Cher and Sonny bought it for $750,000, with the couple later selling it for a similar amount after they divorced. Apparently, neither wanted to live there after they parted ways, presumably too haunted by the memories of what they’d once had.
While $750,000 might seem like a lot of money to pay, it’s nothing compared to how much the property costs now. It’s reportedly on the market for $115 million, a significant reduction from the $180 million it was listed for back in 2017.
