It’s possible that Mugsy would normally have been in the backyard with the family, or even playing in the house. However, on this particular day, it seemed as though he was outside the front and made his way to the side of the road.
He can’t have been aware of the dangers he was facing, and what was about to happen to him. And this is no doubt why he wandered out into the road without a care in the world. If only he had stayed on the property that day, things could have been different.
