Alex was faithful to her boyfriend when she met Damien, however she did allegedly admit to feeling a connection with Damien, even if it was just a friendship at the time. However, as they got closer, and their bond formed when they started dating, they knew they were right for one another.
Alex has said that Damien is her very own George of the Jungle. She comments that he is wild but extremely kind-hearted. He would apparently help anyone that needed it.
