Around the world there have been millions of children that have been helped by the ‘Big Brother’ and ‘Big Sister’ programs. These programs aim to give younger children a mentor that can help guide them through difficult times in their lives, helping them make the right choices.
The programs have shown to be successful as the children involved are proved to be more likely to do well, skip school less, and aren’t as likely to use illegal substances.
