Stephany Folsom was one of the screenwriters on Thor: Ragnarok – but they initially didn’t put her name in the credits for the film. They gave her “story by” credits, and gave more credit to her co-writer Eric Pearson – which she felt was unfair, especially since she’d already been working on the script for two years.
Folsom’s writing credits were also later neglected by the Writers Guild, despite Marvel finally agreeing to give her the credit she deserved.
