Anna Paquin is a New Zealandian who has established herself as a serious actress in Hollywood. Paquin is best known for her role as tough but affectionate waitress Sookie Stackhouse on the vampire series True Blood, where she met her husband, co-star Stephen Moyer. She’s also known for her role as free spirited Polexia in the comedic drama Almost Famous, and as the spritely Flora for the drama The Piano, for which she won an Oscar at age 11.
