As more and more stories and sources have come forward since Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s statement, it’s fair to say that it has caused a social media riot. In fact, their statement on @sussexroyal itself has amassed a huge number of comments.
Many of these have been extremely critical, and a large portion of them have blamed Meghan for “dragging” her husband to quit his life in the royal limelight. One particular critic suggested that “Anyone who takes you away from your family does not have your best interest at heart – only their own.”
