Wootton wrote on his Twitter page just a few hours after the Duke and Duchess’s announcement that he had been in contact with a source close to the Royal Family. This source suggested that the couple “intend to make a lot of money and start taking commercial deals as soon as possible.”
He also noted in a rather lengthy thread that their decision “breaks all protocol” and is a “declaration of war on the family.” As if that wasn’t enough, Wootton also suggested that the couple have “quietly built up a commercial team in Hollywood.”
