Most people don’t have too many options when it comes to choosing where to give birth, but the Royal Family members aren’t most people. Meghan Markle and Prince Harry had the luxury of choosing to bring their child into the world at one of the most expensive maternity wards in the country.
In the beginning, it seemed that the luxurious Lindo Wing at St. Mary’s hospital was the obvious choice, but it slowly became clear that it was not to be. Then, there was some speculation that perhaps Meghan would want to give birth to her baby in the United States. As time went on, however, it became clear that she preferred to remain close to home.
