Meghan and Harry’s desire for privacy is front and center as they prepare for the birth of their baby. In early April, Kensington Palace released a statement that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have decided to keep their birth plans “private”.
The statement went on to say that the couple would share the news of the birth once they were able to have time to “celebrate privately as a new family”. This may not sound like much to ask, but for the Royal Family, such secrecy is rare.
