Meghan and Harry announced their engagement in October 2017, and it wasn’t long before Samantha was back in the press discussing her feelings about her sister’s next marriage. It was during an interview with Us Weekly where Samantha announced she was pleased for both Meghan and Harry.
In fact, she had no idea that they would be tying the knot so soon but was happy to wake up to the news. Samantha even added how her words had always been taken out of context by the media as they tried to cause a rift between the sisters.
