[post_page_title]Chili shmilli[/post_page_title]
As with many foods that you can cook in great quantities, chili can be a little dubious at times. Some fast-food establishments apparently will not go to the effort of cooking chili fresh – often going for the much easier option of cooking a huge amount at once.
They then supposedly store it all so that it’s ready to be heated up later. In fact, a lot of fast-food restaurants won’t even go that far – buying chili pre-cooked in massive bags, and throwing it in a microwave once an order comes up.
