The idea of a meal from a fast-food chain that’s been oven-roasted sounds pretty appealing, on paper at least. This goes above and beyond adding flavor that you just wouldn’t be able to get from a few minutes of frying or grilling.
Unfortunately, many foods that claim to be oven-roasted might be twisting the truth. The food is apparently heated up in the microwave for the majority of its cooking time, before being slapped in an oven for a minute or two to make it look authentic.
