One of the more unique items that fast-food restaurants have started selling over the last few years is the rib sandwich. This is what it sounds like, but with less bones. Now, you might not be surprised to find that the ribs in rib sandwiches are not always authentic – apparently.
However, once you accept that, you have to ask the question you’ve been avoiding: so just what exactky are they? The answer to that question is: they’re supposedly fused blocks of miscellaneous meat. That doesn’t roll off the tongue quite as much.
