Over the years, people have become more aware of their eating habits. While we might not get it ourselves, we understand that some people want some fruit and veggies with their meals. Although a vegetable sandwich may seem like the perfect healthy alternative to a burger, some workers don’t agree.
The processed vegetables, alongside the sauces and dressings that are used to give them flavor, are often bursting with calories, sugars, and fats. Perhaps it might be healthier to get a burger after all?
