We’re all for the idea of progress, and of course it’s always important to try and improve ourselves as we get older. But while we try to change ourselves for the better, it’s also important to never forget where we came from.
This brings us to the idea of consistency. There are certain core values that should be established at the beginning of any establishment, be it a school, or anything else for that matter. And if they don’t stick to it, things can get dicey.
