If Eva attended a school that was known for its proper attitude, its lavish halls, and its “professional, business-like” reputation – then she and her mother would’ve known what to expect.
They either would’ve prepared accordingly, or they wouldn’t have enrolled into the school in the first place, because it doesn’t tie into the type of people that they are. But as we already know, this school supported Eva’s previous green hair – so it sounds like this “professional” attitude was something new.
