Consider musical artists who start their career off with a certain “sound.” People then fall in love with that sound, and effectively fall in love with the artist too.
But a few albums later, the artist decides to change their sound – and then the fans feel like the rug has been pulled out for under them. Such is the case here too… this school presented itself as an establishment with a “chill” mindset – only to crack down on their loyal followers (Eva), on the first day of school.
