The incident happened when the mom bought her child a pencil box. It was the start of a new school year, and Haley wanted to put a smile on her daughter’s face. Presleigh had been asking for a “LOL” pencil box, and Hassell saw no reason not to buy it for her.
After all, it was something that would serve her well throughout the school year, so what was the harm? Unfortunately, tracking down the item wasn’t too easy. The mom had to venture to three different stores before she managed to find it.
