It seems that movie theaters bring out the worst in people. While jobs in customer service can always be a bit dicey, time and again it’s movie theater employees who bring us the most harrowing tales of customer entitlement and just plain gruesome behavior.

We’ll start things off with a nice story, to prepare us for the awful ones to come. Imgur user Hymeria, a theater employee, speaks of a truly wonderful-sounding elderly woman, who is always as pleasant as can be when she goes to the theater.
She’s friendly, she asks how the employees are doing – she even bakes cookies. If everyone who went to the theater was this nice it would be a better world – although we’d have less to write about.
