Given how important service animals can be for the people who need them, trying to pretend that your pet is a service animal just to get it into a theater is pretty low.
One customer came into the theater with a dog, and immediately flipped out when asked by Hymeria whether or not the dog was a service or emotional support animal. Not really a good sign. As is a belligerent customer’s favorite trick, this person began threatening to cause trouble until it simply became more worth it to let them in.
