No matter how many times you tell customers about age-rating rules, there’s always going to be someone who hasn’t brought their ID, or a parent trying to bring a child into an R-rated movie.
One employee was approached by a couple in their late teens and a kid – a young woman, a young man, and his younger brother. Only the man had brought ID for the R-rated movie that they wanted to see – and because he wasn’t over 20, he couldn’t take his date in as a chaperone.
