Working with customers is proof that looks can be deceiving. Seemingly suspicious characters can turn out to be rays of sunshine, and the most presentable looking people can turn out to have come from hell itself. One employee experienced this when a group of heavy metal fans came to the movie theater for the showing of a concert.
Contrary to what people might think, they were friendly and respectful at all times – and even put in the effort to make their trash easier to clean away for the theater employees.
