A common annoyance for those in customer-facing roles is people showing up just before closing time. One theater employee had to deal with a customer who even had the gumption to arrive after the theater had closed – and then start complaining that they had driven all the way to the theater to get a slushie.
Not only is that not a good enough reason to drive all the way to the theater, it’s definitely not a good enough reason to ask an employee to open up after closing time.
