You would think, given that theaters advertise their opening times pretty prominently, that people would be able to figure out when a theater was actually open. Unfortunately for one employee, they had to deal with a customer who simply wouldn’t get the message.
Upon being told that opening time was 11:00, the customer repeatedly asked if they could be let in at 10:30. When told no, this patron insisted that they just needed to buy some tickets – which isn’t as special a reason as they seemed to think.
