There’s something to be said about a movie “earning” its crazy twist at the end. If you’ve seen this movie’s wacky ending, then you might get what we’re talking about.
2019’s Serenity starts off relatively normal, but ends with a sci-fi twist which informs the protagonist that he, along with many others, are actually in a computer game devised by his own son. Even though this was an interesting radical move, some felt it was a bit too random.
