Charlize Theron herself has said that Reindeer Games was in fact “the worst film” she ever made – and considering the fact that the plot twist at the end made absolutely no sense at all, we can’t really disagree with her.
Ben Affleck plays the role of former criminal who pretends to be his late cellmate in order to cozy up to his girlfriend. This leads to about a thousand more twists that we don’t even have to address here, one of them being that his cellmate was never even dead.
