Lexi kept it up, and she began shedding pounds. And we mean a lot. In fact, Lexi was losing about 20 pounds a month for the first few months. But as her body began getting used to the exercise, her weight loss began to slow down.
“My weight loss has slowed and I have picked up the intensity of my workouts and adjusted my calories to continue losing consistently,” she said recently. Lexi now hits the gym nearly every day with her husband. It has turned into a lifestyle.
