There are a lot of people who claim that they can not lose weight because they do not have the time to go to the gym and work out. However, we should all take a page out of Lexi’s book and see what she did.
Lexi was working 10 hour days, but still found the time (and the energy) to go exercise five days a week. Her motivation? “I just kind of try to set it up like a business meeting. I am my own boss and I can’t cancel,” she said.
