The film industry was booming in the ‘70s, and it was thanks to mega-hits like the musical drama “Saturday Night Fever.” It came out one year before “Grease,” another film that proved John Travolta had a knack for musicals.
The actor’s best-known films came in this decade, and they’re still beloved by viewers now, many of whom weren’t even born in the ‘70s. What’s more, these movies captured the fashion of the time perfectly. Why does no-one ever go clubbing dressed like this anymore?
