Oh, how cars have changed. The only time you’re likely to see a car like this anymore is if it’s a hand-me-down. Usually, teenagers who’ve just passed their driving test can’t afford anything flash, so they get a model that’s most definitely out of fashion.
However, in the ‘70s, this would have been all the rage. You would’ve looked cool driving around in one of these, and you’d have actually felt proud showing it off. Hopefully, you had it in a slightly more flattering color though.

Toys in the ‘70s really didn’t offer all that much, not compared to the things you can buy today. However, that’s not to say they weren’t fun to play around with. Back then, kids didn’t have the expectations they do today when it comes to toys.
You wouldn’t tend to find children in the ‘70s complaining if they had a Chatter Telephone to play with. It was portable and made sounds, so it was basically the smartphone of the decade.
