As Queen Bey says, if you like it, then put a ring on it, and this holds all too true for ring pop lovers, as kids have been accessorizing with this sugary sweet bling for almost 40 years. While it’s a great way to keep your candy from falling to the ground, the inventor of ring pops actually had the idea to help stop his young daughter from sucking her thumb. While we hope his daughter eventually kicked the habit, we also thank her father for the creation.
