New fans of Wonder Woman may be surprised to know that Gal Gadot wasn’t the only woman to rock the symbolic shield. It was Lynda Carter who first played the superhero on screen in the ‘70s hit TV series. She went on to guest star in a number of films and TV shows but it was her role of Diana Prince that fans remember her most from. She has been married to business tycoon Robert A. Altman since 1984 and they have two children together.
