Seeing as many of the West Side Café’s employees have been working a full-time jobs to put themselves through school, the Riddles wanted them all to have a bit of an easier time of it – first and foremost Kayla, naturally.
“There is something special about West Side,” Debbie explained. “They are like a family and they treat all of their customers like family as well.” Her idea was simple – set up a scholarship program in her daughter’s memory to help put them through school!
