She was one of the establishment’s most popular servers, and seemed to have a photographic memory to go along with her loving attitude. She never forgot a face, and could always bring up details about her customers’ lives when they came back for repeat visits. The Riddles were regulars there, so it wasn’t at all out of the ordinary to strike up a conversation with Kayla.
